| I doubt y'all remember, but a LONG time ago, I wrote about a hot air balloon that "fell" from the sky in the middle of a Labor Day barbeque I was at. It helped me feel better that I didn't ride one in Park City. Well, my parents are back from their vacation in Egypt and they told me they went on a hot air balloon ride while they were there - WAAAYY up in the sky and they said that it wasn't the least bit scary. I mean WAAAAYYY up high...I saw a video of it. Crayjee young kids! |

| I've never watched this show from the beginning, nor very consistently. Every once in a while I'd catch it on Tivo at the Lees. But now that I have a TV, I've been sitting on my couch for hours, surfing the different shows I've missed the last three years, and stumbled upon American Idol. I thinks I like it! Not enough to pick up the phone to vote, but it's fun. So, how long is this season? I'm going to be stuck to my couch on Tuesday nights for a long time, aren't I? |

| I came upon this show last year on the NBC website....when I didn't have a TV....and watched the entire first season. Well, I lost interest earlier this season, but was bored one day during winter break and went back to it. Pretty much watched five episodes in one sitting. The way the show is filmed is a little different, but I like it. It's hard to explain. So, why am I writing about Friday Night Lights? Well, I'm not sure. Maybe because it's consumed quite a bit of my time in the last couple of weeks. Maybe, I'm just getting tired of facebook and wanted to write about something on my xanga site. I need a good book to read. Any suggestions? |
